Vizio 50 inch Smart TV Problem
I purchased the Vizio 50 insch SmartTV for my daughter in February and we are having several issues with it. The screen freezes and the sound keeps playing. After about a minute the TV shuts off and restarts on it’s on. It wasn’t bad at first maybe once a week, now it’s 3 or 4 times a day. Also, we have it hooked up to a cable box and if you are watching a DVR’d show it freezes that show and the screen shows whatever is playing on livetv at the same time. It’s like ghost images on your screen.
Please assist with this. She loves the TV but not the problems.
