I placed an order for a laptop and paid with visa checkout. It showed the discount when I hit submit but when the confirmation came up the discount is no longer there. I divided it up into payments and the first FULL payment has been taken out of my account. I would like my discount applied. Also see nothing in my order history which I discovered was due to not putting my email in. I was logged in to my account so that makes no sense to me. Please help!

We can definitely assist with getting the discount refunded on your order however we wouldn’t be able to issue the refund until your order has been shipped and the charges settled. Also, the reason that you’re not seeing the order in your order history is due to the order being placed as a guest on our site.
