VISA checkout problem
I have tried logging in for so many times to get the discount for using VISA checkout and I have failed. I am able to log into the website from VISA but not through HSN. I always get this message “Sorry, we’re unable to process your request at this time. Try again later or contact Customer Support.” I have had trouble with this in the past too. What can i do? I have cleared my history/cookies, etc. Used different browsers and it won’t allow me to log in.
I will contact VISA checkout to try and fix this.
@flyaway19, I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble using Visa Checkout. Since Visa Checkout is a private account set up by you, I’m very limited in how I can help. Most of the error messages are caused when customers try to use an existing card on file and the information doesn’t match what we have on file.
Could it be that I do not have a card on file with you? I have been trying to fix this for the past day now and nothing works. I have cleared cookies/history, i have updated all my information in both websites and nothing. I have no problem logging into VISA but when it comes to checking out I am having issues, that message keeps coming up. I even tried through my phone and still is not working. I am a very patient person but this is getting frustrating.
