I have had nothing but NEGATIVE experience with this product.
At LEAST 50% of websites I usually browse are blocked and their customer service is worse than HORRIBLE!!!
Tonight it blocked the PBS website where I wanted to watch online. They kept me on the customer service over an hour and , as usual, did NOTHING!!!!!
I am seriously unhappy with this rip off!

They REALLY screwed me over doing the same thing and then MINUTES after I placed the orders and getting NO help from HSN about their lies and shady behavior I decided to cancel the order I had JUST made. Imagine my surprise to find that right after I called to complain and before I could cancel the orders on my account (only MINUTES!!) They had the NERVE TO ACTUALLY START TO PACKAGE MY ORDERS SO i COULDN’T CANCEL!! NOW I am stuck with not just the shipping that they LIED ABOUT and WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED, I am stuck with the returning shiping!!! I have NEVER SEEN SUCH SHADY, DISHONEST ACTIONS BEING SO BLATANTLY DISPLAYED!! You aren’t the only one they plain out THEIVED from while Amy was blathering on saying how SHIPPING WAS FREE, RIGHT NOW DURING THE SHOW AND ON HSN.COM. i’D LIKE TO PUNCH HER IN HER LIEING FACE! It isn’t HEER money that has to pay for the LIES she told. Don’t feel alone, I highly DOUBT, we are the only ones!

Hmmm. That is strange, Poshe. I wonder if it’s one of those temporary charge things that they will correct/deduct when the orders/charges all roll through at midnight? Hopefully a mod can get an answer for you soon!
