Vince Camuto Aylen leather tassle hobo 522-673
Sorry about the low rating because I absolutely love this handbag. I first bought the smoke taupe and was so impressed with it that I came back to also order the metal gray. But the one I received had no stuffing, tags or dust bag. It was rumpled and misshapen so I called customer service and asked to exchange it. No problem..sent it back. The bag that came to replace it was also not new and was flawed (very noticeable quarter sized mark where finish was rubbed off on middle front). Called again for exchange but was told HSN policy does not allow an item exchange twice. Not to be deterred, I simply re-ordered another metal gray bag and was so excited to receive it until I opened the box and was surprised to discover they had sent me the very same original rumpled bag with no stuffing, tags or dust cover!! I don’t believe this is being done on purpose, but can someone please help me purchase a NEW metal gray hobo? I still love and would really like to own this bag. I am hoping someone from customer service or perhaps the Vince Camuto Rep will see this post…Respectfully, thank you for listening.
