Very worried about my orders
I ordered several items on Craft Day and have only received one item so far — all of the others are still in packaging.
I will be going out of state soon for an extended period of time and no one will be available to pick up my packages at my home, so I am very concerned about the ridiculous delay in shipping times. Had I known my items would still be in packaging ten full days after I placed my orders, I would never have ordered anything on Craft Day.
I really want the things I ordered — and even if I didn’t, it wouldn’t matter anyway because a phone rep told me there is no way to change my orders or my shipping address once they are in packaging — but I am very worried that HSN won’t ship them in time for me to receive them before I leave.
Can someone check on this for me and give me an estimate of when I should be receiving my orders? Ordinarily, I would just try to wait patiently, but in this case, I am unable to wait much longer.

Go to the UPS site and create a UPS account (create login name and password) and then become a UPS My Choice Member. As a UPS My Choice member, you can arrange for your shipments to be held by UPS or you can change the delivery address. HSN ships most items through UPS Ground or UPS Surepost. In order to arrange for UPS to hold .packages, you’ll have to have a UPS Surepost upgraded to UPS Ground by paying $3.50 for each package. You can then arrange on their sie to have it held at your local UPS Facility until you pick it up and you can also change where it is deliverd. I have my UPS My Choice setting set to where any package being shipped UPS Surepost is automatically upgraded to UPS Ground and $3.50 is charged to my credir card on file or you can use Paypal as your payment method. As a UPS My Choice member, you will be notified by email when a UPS package be it Ground or Surepost is on its way to your address and from that email, you click an option to go to UPS’s site to change delivery options for your package. I have all my UPS Surepost packages upgraded to UPS Ground which allows me to get my packages 2-3 days sooner.
You can call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to ask them about it, and they might help you set it up.
I posted this thread days ago and still haven’t received a reply from Customer Service.
My Craft Day purchases are still in packaging and I have no idea when I will receive them. This is a HUGE problem because soon I will not be at home to receive the packages.
I hope you get answers. I’ve never waited this long for orders. One customer service rep said there was a mixup in the warehouse. I wonder if they didn’t maybe oversell

I don’t use them anymore but when I did the regular didn’t do much for me but I am always fairly tan. You will get more color by using them on consecutive days.
It’s interesting you ask that question. I had both the Classic and Plus in my hand in the store; I couldn’t decide which to get. I was going to buy the Plus, but then I bought the Classic instead. I guess the plus would have made my skin a bit deeper.
You will see color tomorrow morning. It’s best to apply self tanners in the evening and let the color develop overnight and then shower in the morning. It takes that long for the color to develop. I also wouldn’t recommend applying twice before showering. Did you get the Tan Towel Plus or regular.
