My husband bought me a ring off here for Christmas I absolutely loved it!! However I’ve had so many problems with it the stone has come loose a couple times I’ve had to have fixed n today the whole diamond part completely fell off!! It broke my heart! This ring coming from my husband means alot to me n to have it break like it did in such a short period of time of having it really upsets me!! I will never get anything from this site again I am very upset on how things turned out with it!! Yes it was a beautiful ring but to only have it not even two months n it breaks is beyond ridiculous!! So watch what u buy off of this site!! There is no way to get my ring fixed so really it was a waste of money!! N I’m beyond pissed off about it!!
I am so sorry to hear that I know it must have broke your heart. HSN is wonderful when it comes to issues like that. I am sure they will resolve the issue if possible. I had a similar situation some time ago and they resolved it . I was very impressed how they kept in touch with me until it was resolved. Try to stay positive even though its hard. HSN will do what they can. Wish my husband would buy me a ring.:) I buy my own items and thank him for the gifts:). Tori

Sounds as if your ring could have been defective.Once in awhile a lemon will get passed quality control.In this short of time frame the company making the ring should do something for you.I hope they will.
