Very upset with HSN
When Heidi Daus was here with her last TS, I purchased it in Coral 549027 and earrings that matched 550232. The later was a bonus buy and supposed to be $20 off, or $39.99 instead of $59.99. When I checked out, the price showed correctly; however, when I checked my account today, I discovered I was charged the full $59.99. Now I will have to send the items back. After all $20 makes a lot of difference. I am very disappointed because I actually love the set and wanted to keep it. I would appreciate it if someone could explain why I was charged full price instead of the bonus buy price. Also, because I have to send the set back, I want to make certain that it will not count against me. Thank you for any explanation you might be able to provide.
@charliek, I’m sorry you didn’t get charged the correct price. If you’d like to keep the set I can either give you $20 Spendable Ka$h to use towards a future purchase or I can give you a $20 refund. Which ever you prefer. Please let me know which option works best for you.
A refund would be great but SK is okay too if that is easier. I was getting ready to place a large clearance order when I noticed the error. I certainly want to keep the set. I love it, especially the earrings. Thank you so much for the help. CS is really the best at HSN. I really appreciate all that you do.
