Very slow processing
I ordered a product on 8/20/15. Today on 8/25/15 it still says my order is processing. Shipping was suppose to take 7-10 days. The payment has been taken out of my checking account but it is still pending. Why does it take so long? Should I cancel my order and pay with PayPal? I was going to get the faster shipping that was an extra $6 but it said shipping would be 3-5 days. I didn’t think it would make a difference, it would be shipped about the same time. I definitely have regretted not paying the extra. How many others have had this problem?
