Very Disappointed With Cancelled Galaxy TracFone TS Order
On Set. 27, I think around 7:00 p.m. CST, I ordered the gold Galaxy TracFone TS. I remember the gold sold out later, and I believe phones continued to be sold until the end of the day. On October 4, 8 days later, I received An email stating that you had run out of phones and my order was cancelled.
This is simply no way to do business with a loyal customer, and in my opinion, also constitutes false advertising, as well as poor business stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment. I have normally been a very satisfied customer, but in this case, HSN blew it!
Edit: This is made even more aggravating in that I see (from my wish list) that you are now advertising the exact same phone as a Bonus Buy, for $109 (ten bucks more than the TS)! That’s pretty ba**sy! You won’t have to worry about any TS or electronics orders from me again!
