Very disappointed I was sent the wrong boots
I was on extended delivery for the Curations by Sporto duck boots in Pinot as I purchased the TS down jacket in Pinot. Even though the box says Pinot, what I was in the box with the White/Bisque not the Grey/Pinot. Now there are no Pinot boots at all in any size.
Please place a note in my account that I am returning these boots as I was sent the wrong color so I will not be charged returned shipping.
So I ordered the white/bisque and received the grey/ pinot, the box was labeled white/bisque and the picture on the label was the grey/pinot! Seems as if there was a few of these issues with quality control and Sporto.
Very Disappointed because the color I ordered is no longer in stock.
Thank you Ryan. I just checked on the boots. Item number 504-171. Mine was not an isolated case. Several comments in the review of people getting the grey/pinot in their white/bisque box, and vice versa.
This was either an error at the vendor site or at HSN. Please read the comments on the product page. There should be a way for HSN to make this right for their customers. I am sure someone got my 7 1/2M grey/pinot pair. There should be a way to flag the returns so those of us who received the wrong color can get what we ordered.
