Very ANGRY new HSN customer
I was approved for the HSN card on Thanksgiving. Every time I submit an order, it either says “cc decline” or “canceled” There are a few that still say “processing” Last week, I called HSN, they re-routed me to the bank. Comenity said everything was fine on their end & my orders shouldn’t have been cancelled. Then I had to talk to someone in the verification dept at HSN. They assured me that everything was taken care of & I wouldn’t have anymore problems. Needless to say, this whole experience has been a nightmare because my orders are still being cancelled & HSN keeps charging my card!!!! I think I’ll be shopping & taking my business elsewhere! Looking through these threads, it sounds like HSN needs to get it together!!
, I’m sorry your orders were cancelled. I still show you need to speak with the verification department but I don’t think they’re available today. Here is the contact info I have for that department. 1-800-436-6767. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm, Saturday 8am-6pm EST.
Hi ?, the one piece basket could be simpler and require fewer accessories. You’ll have to give us your review. As for fried chickpeas, the recipe I use is a can of chickpeas drained, coated with spice (papricka/cayanne) to taste and then load into the fryer basket, squirt with cooking spray and cook 10-15 minutes, ’till crispy, shaking once.
