V-Tech Lifetime support for HP Laptop
On 8/22/16 I ordered the HP Laptop with free lifetime support and apps. The card for the support and apps was not included with the laptop. I called CS and was told I would receive the card within 10 business days. Today I received a letter from HSN with a phone number which directs me to HP support CS. There is no option to speak with a human. The only option I have is to purchase or get support. I do not need support I need the card which provides FREE LIFETIME SUPPORT THROUGH VTECH AND THE FREE APPS. The compter I received was clearly a return because all of the paper work was missing, the battery was already loaded into the computer and the power cord was just thrown in the box on top of the computer. I would appreciate if someone would please send me a card for the lifetime support and apps that I am entitled to with the purchase of the computer.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A START UP GUIDE AND CANNOT GET SUPPORT WITHOUT THE SUPPORT ACTIVATION CODE WHICH IS ON THE CARD I WAS SUPPOSE TO RECEIVE WITH THE COMPUTER.
Thank you for your response. To confirm, I will be receiving the “replacement parts” in addition to the letter I received from HSN today? What do I do if I need support before then?

I see your order for item 504-495 for the HP 15.6″ Touch Intel Quad-Core Laptop+Wireless Printer Bundle TEAL. This bundle includes PC Lifestyle Software & Services 2 Plus voucher with lifetime computer support. We don’t stock parts or replacement app vouchers. Your account indicates these replacement parts have been requested on 9/2. Please allow up to 21 days to receive this from the manufacturer.
