
Urgent Message to the Shipping Department…
Please, when you place the return receipt in the shipping parcel, it would be so helpful if you wouldn’t shove it in so carelessly that it’s a crumpled piece of paper. The post office gets very annoyed with me when they can’t scan a return because of all the wrinkles in the paper. And HSN, if you had a solid grip on your company, these details wouldn’t be overlooked but stressed as important for favorable customer service.
