Upset With the Perlier Special Delay
I ordered two of the 3 liter Perlier specials. Both were in stock at the time I ordered. Soon afterwards, one says extended delivery, and the other has been in limbo. It has said processing until yesterday, when it changed to packaging. Tonight, it still says packaging. I have never had to wait so long for my products, and do not understand why you take my money for the item plus shipping, and do not sent my things out in a timely manner. I have been a loyal HSN customer for many years, and have bought very many things, but I’m re-thinking my loyalty to a company that apparently does not value me as a customer.

Hi , I know how eager you are to receive your orders. I’m sure you’ve heard about the recent order delays resulting from an issue at one of our warehouses. I can assure you that we are working very hard to get the items out to you!
Well, I’ve read that some people have already received theirs, and some people have received emails that they’ve been shipped. Mine still says “packaging.” I have already received items ordered after these orders. What is the warehouse issue? Why can’t you send me what I’ve paid for? Also, why would I place another order if I don’t have confidence I will get it?
