Upgrade to 2 business day shipping? PLEASE??
I just ordered a necklace but forgot to add 2 day shipping cost to my order. I ordered it about 30 minutes ago. (current time 2:10 am EST on 12/21/17)
Is it still possible for you to change this for me?

[Edit] I forgot to mention it was for the heart necklace (order ending in 9285)

@jodyjo3, unfortunately once an order is placed we don’t have a way to go back and make any changes to it. If you wanted to get the upgraded shipping on your items, you’d need to cancel the orders and reorder the items with the desired shipping method.
That is exactly what I intended to do however, the item sold out so fast. That is why I forgot to add the extra shipping charges because I was so rushed to get the item before it sold out. But oh well, at least I got the necklace. My Mom is not a child and she can wait to get her present after Christmas LOL. no biggie. Thanks for the reply Kyle.
