Update On 6/26/2018 UPS re-routed HSN item #577-608 to ship back to sender
Update as of 6/26/2018
UPS.com via telephone communications with me arranged to re-route
HSN Item# 577-608 “the Bistro Elite 8 quart pressure cooker back
to shipper, and it never arrived into my hands, so it is on it’s
way back to the shipper since earlier today.
I look forward to receiving my HSN email advisement notification
that HSN received this return and understands the two consumer
reasons it had to be returned which were the following:
#1) The Vendor no longer supports pressure cookers per HSN Rep communications,
via telephone and on the HSN.Com Community Customer Service forum.
#2) There was no viable contact support for product Customer Support or warranty
support other than 1 which I hoped would return my email and phone call, but to no
avail that did not occur.
In view of the above the only other sensible Consumer option was for me to contact UPS
directly to explain the above two reasons for the product return, and request they re-route
this shipment back to the sender asap, which they did on 6/26/2018.
