Update for item #464-864 defective return please read and enact
Hi HSN Customer Service:
I just received a telephone call and I need to leave for out of state emergency today.
I already posted on HSN Community Customer Service Forum board about dilemma regarding the item# 464-864, and my question about what to circle as reason for return.
Please refer to my past HSN C.S. Community forum posts regarding this item # which is a towel set.
I am having a UPS ground delivery today on 6/12/2018 and if I do not read an HSN C.S. reply in time as to what I should circle on the Towel Set return invvoice, I will just circle defective and hand it over to my UPS ground carrier when he delivers my other UPS ground item to me today.
My UPS ground carrier will accept it and scan it into his UPS device and return it to the address on the prepaid UPS ground return label I received in the mail from HSN, and have affixed the prepaid UPS ground return label to the package of the towel set.
Please ensure when it is received that I receive my full refund of money I already paid to HSN without return charges taken out of my full refund posted back to my Checking Account Debit Visa Card on file at HSN.
Thank you and please reply here and follow up with an email to me when HSN posts my credit of my full refund price I paid back to my Debit Visa Card on file.
