Very unhappy with HSN. Bought 2 Fitbit Versas for Christmas thinking we had the payment options (fitpay) because that is what is shown during the presentation of the device. Host says look at all the options you have. Only to find out they were using the special edition fitbit. Finally get around to using the Fitbit to find out I have the wrong one and HSN wont exchange because it’s pisst the 30 days. VERY UNHAPPY. I know it’s my fault for setting up the device ro late but I think it’s HSN’s finally as well
will you provide the return label and deduct from the amount of spendable cash i will receive?
@eb92881, I’m sorry you’re unhappy. It is true they are beyond the return time frame but we’re also unable to issue exchanges for different items. These have different item numbers and have a different price. I can not help you with an exchange but if you want to return I can help. Since this is past the return time frame, you’ll need to pay for the return and the refund will be issued in Spendable Ka$h(in-store credit) once the return is received and processed. Please let me know if this would work for you.
