unable to check out
I have tried to order a couple of things online and they show in shopping cart. But when I click on the cart or tocheck out , I get this message….’Sorry there was an error processing your request. Please try again or contact customer support for assistance.’ I now have 30 items showing in my cart due to me retrying . I chatted with cs earlier and this was supposed to have been reported to technical, but it is still doing the samething. Can you please check on this please?

I don’t see anything obvious reasons that would cause problems so I do suggest that you take a moment to call into Customer Service, 800-933-2887 (8 – 1 am ET). They can take a thorough look and make any corrections to clear an issue so you can place your orders.
