Unable to check order status
I placed an order online. The funds were deducted from my account on 11/27/16 and I still have not heard anything about a shipment. I tried to check my order status but nothing shows. I have an invoice number and a PayPal transaction number, if those will help.
, there should be an order number next to the charge on your account. You can either look this up in the single order lookup or you can contact us with this number so we can better assist you. Odds are we just need to get an email address attached to your account with the order on it.
