Two Different FlexPays On The Same Item?
Well, you just lost a sale, HSN! I never order over the phone, I always order online because I access your website through Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards. I have been eyeing the Origami 4 drawer storage cart #440-530, and was thrilled to see it was on 5 FlexPays when I saw it airing on TV just now. Imagine my shock when I saw it was online for only 2 FlexPays. Imagine my disgust when I called HSN and was told, "Oh, sometimes we do that, where we only offer the extra FlexPays to the customers who call us, and not the customers who shop online." What? We online customers are second class citizens in your eyes or something? :womanmad:
It seems the website powers that be have gone ahead and switched it to 5 FlexPay. I tried to delete my OP, but I can’t. However, what the guy from Customer Service said is an almost direct quote, with an attitude of "Too bad for you!". If he had just said something like, sorry for the glitch, that would have been okay. I do hope you always have the sme offers for your call in as well as online customers.
