Turhair – where is my product?
First I noticed that the wrong color was ordered so I cancelled and reordered with correct. First order was on back order and second order was on back order. Since that time I have seen where there was another presentation of the product and the said all colors are here.
My order is still on back order. I called yesterday and spoke with CS and she said yes, its on back order but it says estimated date of delivery is November 10th… well where does it state it was sent or how it was sent. No where! So here we are November 10 th, mail people have gone UPS is gone and still no package? What is up with this? So what do I put here for you to look it up?
thank you for checking that but your answer makes no sense. Why am I not going to get my order? So everyone who ordered this product is not going to get theirs?? I order back in October and they have since put the product on TV again.. so it can not be because they are out. This is very bad service. First I am told it should arrive by the 10th now you say forget that its the 23 or you cancel Is this the new way of conducting business??
Hello I’m so sorry you received conflicting delivery information. I checked your order and see the status has not shipped yet. You will receive an email conformation with tracking when it does ship or, if the item is not available by 11/23, the order will be cancelled.
