trying to cancel items ordered and it will not allow me, i just ordered
After I ordered the Joy M. candle items, I read the review. Just min. later I went back in to cancel the orders due to the reviews. This will not allow me to cancel the items. I called C/S and after being on hold and listing to the show on the phone, it disconnected me. I want to cancel, I am so frustrated now, that I just want to cancel everything I ordered today. This is the first time this has happened, but no the first time I have been put on hold when calling HSN and then it disconnects my call. PLEASE JUST CANCEL ALL ITEMS ORDERED TODAY.
I just checked back on the order status. IT STILL READS ON MY END “SUBMITTING ORDER” not cancelled

Hello , I’m so sorry you had trouble after deciding to cancel your orders and apologize you were disconnected. I do see orders placed today have been cancelled with the exception of 474-643 and 490-054. Please let me know today, if you want to cancel these items, and I’ll be glad to help.
