Trying to cancel an order
One week ago, I placed 2 different orders for joy mongano hangers. After discussing with my daughter, she said she didn’t want them. The next day, I tried to cancel 1 of those orders, wanting to keep order for 1. I was told that I could only cancel orders on the same day ordered in order to get packages shipped in timely manner. Ok, understood. However, it’s now a week later and order still hasn’t been shipped. I would like to know why I can’t cancel the order like I wanted if it hasn’t yet shipped after a week???
I placed my last order with HSN on the 22. I placed 2 different orders for the huggable hangers blowout and received them on May 2. I needed those for gifts and never had to wait that long before. My packages are always shipped a couple of hours away. The two orders were placed in one huge box and the bottom was open. To make matters worse the 4 sets of fragrant sticks were on my invoice but missing.I also received someone else’s invoice. If these fragrant sticks were not available it should have stated sold out. The tote bags that were included are very cheap. Not like they looked on air. My hangers looked faded and had deep slash marks. Not acceptable HSN! That is why I quit shopping with the Q. How could something sit in packaging for over a week? Bye HSN!
I’m having the same problem. 3 sets of hangers, 2 of the air freshners, filters and extra scent disks. All ordered April 22, still processing. I also attempted to cancel part of the order on the 23rd with no luck. This is ridiculous.
My three sets of hangers, better beauty case and travel pillow that I ordered on April 22 have not shipped yet either. I wanted to cancel these now so I called customer service last night and was told I should get them by 5/2.
I feel I am getting the runaround because as of tonight 4/30/17 @ 11:30 p.m. my items have not shipped yet. The only way I would get my orders by Tuesday, May 2 is if they shipped them out tomorrow via Overnight delivery…otherwise it would be impossible.
I told customer service this and they offered to waive the return shipping fee for these orders.
What is up with JOY’s items not shipping promptly? Also it seems most of her products are really lacking in quality anymore. Unfortunately, I’m to the point where I cannot trust her or her brand anymore.
Hi @chelleleighs, I understand your frustration and I’m sorry you were unable to cancel the order. Honestly I’m not sure why the orders have not shipped yet. I do see that both of them began to process for shipment at midnight on 4/22. The good news is, it looks like you should still receive them by 5/2. I have waived the return shipping fee so you will not be charged to return the unwanted order to us. Once you receive it please send it back using the return label provided with the packing slip.
My three sets of hangers have not shipped either. They have even in “packaging” status for a week now. I received other orders from the same day in a very timely manner, but these appear to be stuck.
