Trouble signing in
Every time I want to log on and pay my HSN bill, I get the message that they don’t recognize my computer. I have been using the same computer for over 10 years. Then they say they will have to send me a code. through my email .The code takes forever to come.
I am so fed up with this, that I will close out my account when I finish paying the bill. It amounts to less than $20 at this time. I contacted the HSN credit card services, but haven’t heard back from them. Is anyone else having this much trouble trying to pay online?
, I’m sorry you’ve had this difficulty. Try giving Comenity Customer Service a call at 888-702-9947, I’m sure they will help you with the sign on issue.
I am showing her scheduled for the 12th and 13th with other guests. We will be featuring Signature Club A on August 23rd and 24th.
