Trouble entering tickets in Rewards Store
I received a message to contact you when I tried, I guess unsuccessfully, to enter 1000 tickets (ten entries) for the luggage set. I tried several times; it took the tickets out once, I think. Thanks in advance for your help!
It happened to me 4 times in the last few days, twice tonight. I think that no one is watching the store.
I don’t think there’s anything to it. They just forgot to mark it as an Announcement rather than a regular post.
Have you also noticed that the Jigsaw List of Winners has gone down the Arcade Page?
HSNHelp has allowed it to move from the top? I guess there’s something to that too?
I did contact HSN Arcade using the link in the Help Section Post. Hope they do something.
Just did it for a third time using Firefox instead of IE 10 but didn’t get as good as my best score today of 4689 🙁
This score is 4658 and I got 200 tickets.
The Arcade owes me 400 tickets and maybe an entry into the puzzle drawing…depending on other people’s scores.
That is what I get for being excited for doing so well. Bad me!
I think that usually means you’re not connecting with the server. It’s a large value prize today so a lot of people are playing and maybe the server can’t handle the volume. You could try clearing HSN cookies and cache, closing your browser and restarting, trying a different browser, rebooting, or even restarting your modem if the problem persists. But unfortunately I think your score is lost, and not recorded. It’s so frustrating when that happens. At least you’re getting in some good practice and maybe the next score that counts will be even better (sorry, I know that’s no consolation). Good luck.
Another thing that’s been happening recently is that a game will complete, but the screen that comes up with score and tickets has zero for both. I reported this using the arcade-help link, and the answer came back to clear cookies and cache. I doubt that’s the real answer since this happens randomly — it can happen for one play and then be absolutely okay on the next play.
Just tried it again figuring it may be a glitch. But no, there is no amount of tickets given and my ticket amount did not change. Only option is to play again.
I did the puzzle in 5 minutes 11 seconds with a score of 4689. Sure….my very best score and get nothing for it. *sigh*
I wonder if it is even keeping a tally of it for the drawing of puzzle winner? 8-[
