I just ordered something last night and i would like to track it. I paid to get the item here by xmas eve. how do i get a tracking number because nothing is reflecting in my account info when trying to track my order?
Hello , I tried to check on your order but your nickname is not registered to a HSN account. If you placed your order online, you can sign into HSN and view Order Status. However, for the ‘before Christmas’ delivery, the tracking may not update before the order is delivered. If you’re able to Private Message (PM) the order number to my nickname, I’ll be glad to check. Please don’t post the order number in Community. The Private Message is located in the upper right corner of the Community page as the envelope icon.
