Track order as guest
I placed an order as a guest. I have since received the order confirmation and the shipping confirmation. When I go to track my order though nothing comes up. So I created an account but is tells me I don’t not have any orders under my account. How can I track my order? This is my first order with HSN so I don’t know the ropes.
I ran into a similar situation recently. If you click on the profile person without being signed in, you’ll see a drop down menu. Select single order lookup from the list. All you do is provide the phone number that you ordered with and the order number (I just copied and pasted) that you received in your email that tells you your item shipped. It should bring up all of the information about the shipment, such as tracking number, carrier and shipment location (where it physically is while on its way to you).

I took look at your order and see that the order is in transit to you and looks like the delivery date is 12/14. With regards to your account, I don’t see any other account that was created with your name or phone number and if you’d like to see any future orders, you’re more than welcome to create an account by using the same information that you used when you placed an order.
