TracFone deactivating accounts
My wife purchased two LG TracFones a few months ago. I have one she has the other. Both identical phones, plans, same order. They included triple everything for life. Tracfone de-activated her phone yesterday saying the plan was over and she had to buy a new plan. I have the exact same phone, activated within a few weeks of each other. My end date is July of 2018. Hers was yesterday. The math doesn’t add up and TracFone refuses to reactivate the phone even though I can prove mine is identical and TracFone is the responsible party for entering the data. She has not used 10% of what was supposed to be allotted 1350 min, 1.8gb data, 1300 texts. This is totally outrageous. Especially since I have both phones in my hands at same time. TracFone’s Customer Service is awful and belligerent.
