Took money, cancelled order.
How can HSN process a order, charge my credit card, cancel my order without any reason being gave and then I have to wait several days to get MY money back.Its December 15th!!!! Ten days til Christmas and I’m a single parent with four kids to buy for and now HSN has over $180 of mine tied up and I’m out of a major gift for one of my kids and not enough time to replace it. This is just really bad business. Not ordering from this company anymore.
@gideonsmom, I’m very sorry to see we weren’t able to process your order on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to place future FlexPay orders with us. What you’re seeing is an authorization hold that should fall off in 3-5 business days depending on your banks policy.
