The show host and expert indicated on the TS that as long as you have HD and a port plugin this will work. I have an older model big screen. One of the first ones they came out with. The TV is not an HD, but the satellite company that I have the tv hooked up with does have a port and it is HD. Will that work with my tv. If so, will there be instructions on how to connect it to a cable satellite box? Also, I had ordered some items over the past few days, After ordering some of the items, because they were about to sell out, I read the reviews. When the reviews were not so great, I cancelled the orders. To date my credit card has not been released so I can purchase other items. I called the Both credit card companies and they indicated the pending charges have to be released by HSN and not the credit card companies. This has happened before and HSN had indicated that I needed to contact my credit card companies to release the pending charges, but they all my credit card companies keep telling me it is HSN part to release the charges. How long will it take for these pending charges that have been cancelled to be released? I will no longer take the host offer and order that it can be cancelled later that day if we change our minds, because it ties up my funds if I want to purchase other items. Please advise on these questions. Thanks

In regards to your cancelled orders, once an order is cancelled we automatically send a reverse authorization to your financial institution to let them know that we won’t be collecting the funds for the order. It generally will take them up to 3 business days to process the reverse authorization and to remove the authorization hold for the funds on your card.
