Today’s Special Spiralizer – Really Defective and being returned for full Visa Card refund
This defective Spiralizer item arrived earlier today.
Purchased it with the intention of gifting it, but I see the 1st negative review posted under this product is no longer displayed, and only a few positive reviews now display.
Nevertheless I tried this spiralizer out with some fruits and vegetables today, and agree this unit I received does not operate as easily as presented on the HSN web video, or the HSN televised Today’s Special Presentation.
This product does not work as promised or demonstrated by various HSN Personnel & other affiliates.
This product needs more watts to operate without tearing some of the foods , and also turning many fruits and vegetables into unusable mush. (Had to trash a lot of what I bought and used in this defective spiralizer). This was not an inexpensive spiralizerproduct test run. (Money and time really wasted).
This product will not accept many regular size veggies. (I tried regular sized carrots and nothing worked).
I am returning it using the UPS return prepaid label, and since the product is very defective, and I respectfully request that HSN not deduct any return charges whatsoever.
I wish my full refund of what I paid to be made to my original method of payment, which is my Visa Card, and I do not want any refund check to be mailed to me, nor do I want any HSN merchandise credit.
I want my refund of what I originally paid to be refunded back to my Visa Card, which is what I used to purchase this highly defective spiralizer item.
