Today’s Special presentation issues
I love the Today’s special, LOVE the option for autoship. I was up at midnight and watched the show, ordered. Later today I wanted more information/tips so I watched another full presentation with a different HOST. I hear several times during this presentation that AutoShip is for 1yr. Okay, hmm bummer…I didn’t remember that last night? But I totally get it, a lot of Autoships these days have limits. So I check HSN.con and 1 year is listed. Its still a GREAT DEAL.
But, odd I missed this….I knew I heard the host descibe Autoship is locked in forever… I go back and watch the very FIRST presentation/launch. Sure enough, during the first presentation the host uses words I find very mis leading…. Oh like you get flexpay FOREVER, we can NEVER raise the price legally when you have autoship. You ock in the flexpay FOREVER. Check out the recorded show, at 15min approx she repeats this. I knew I was sleepy, but I knew that was said. The only person to say 1 year was the rep in the very beginning while the HOST was talking. That was it, but several times the host goes on and on about locking in the price, customize, flexpay forever. Again I’m not upset with the special, but I found this before with this host. I’m sure legally its fine, but its is pushing it. she is NO WAY made it clear she was reffering to FOREVER on Autoship meaning good for 1 YEAR ONLY. Not everyone has HSN.com to check… I know HSN works very hard on what can and cannot be said. But phrases like "WE/HSN can NEVER raise the price on Autoship or FOREVER are mis leading statements. All she had to add was as long as your on Autoship, up to 1 year etc…
Again, GREAT DEAL, super excited, but I feel this fact should have been made more that 1 time, by the Rep. during a 35min presentation.

If I remember correctly when Dyson had their last giveaway, there was a delay in posting the winners. I think they came back and posted it on the page with the question, but they posted in the individual winner’s boxes.
