If a person purchases an HP computer from HSN with an extended warranty, after the warranty expires, HP allows a person to renew the extended warranty for a fee, will you allow this on the TS and if so , do you know how much it would be? thanks JD
, unfortunately we don’t have details regarding HP’s extended warranties and costs. You would need to reach out to them directly for this information. For additional information regarding their warranty, you can Click Here.
Don’t feel alone Iamshortdiva, I did the same thing lol. I hate my spin mop. The main thing that got me with Joy’s mop is that you do not need a bucket to wring it out and it looks to be super easy to wring out. For quick clean up you can wet it in the tub wring it out and go. I like the idea of this mop. I like that you can throw the mop head in the washer also. Joy does have great ideas.
I am with you on this, told myself too that I will not be ordering this all night and day long But I ordered only the mop, have a bucket here at home I can use. Ended up buying 2 mops only
Thank you for your reply…after much frustration I was determined to use this mop…as I said I had an older version that I liked real well. I found that it was user error, having said that I must say that specific instruction need to come with this mop (spin mop for dummies…like me). What I found was that the mop head has a female type connection that need to clip on to a male connect on the inside spin basket in order to rotate!! As for the handle unscrewing; the handle has a center piece the you should h0ld that also spins keeping the whole handle from unscrewing. Not sure I explained that in an understandable manner. However, it has solved my problem. Love the mop!
