Three HSN Member questions regarding HSN ordering, & easy return prepaid USPS & UPS shipping labels

I have three HSN Member questions and concerns I outlined below, so please address and reply to each one, and many thanks!
#1) Can you please reply if all the delayed shipping problems I experienced in the past with the HSN computer and problematic warehouse issues have now all been resolved so there is no delay in shipping as soon as I place my HSN order?
This is really important to know now since many of these HSN orders will be Holiday gifts so please kindly reply and thanks in advance.
#2) Can you please reply if this item comes with easy return prepaid label in the package just in case it is gifted and arrives defective?

Also is there a choice of using an enclosed USPS or UPS prepaid label for a defective return?
#3) Also can you please reply for another item with same questions above, and those HSN items are the NuVision tablets, in various screen sizes HSN offers……do they all also arrive delivered with the HSN easy return USPS and UPS prepaid return labels included on my HSN invoice just in case they arrive, and are defective?

, last time I checked orders were being shipped on time. Please remember we’re headed into the busiest shipping season so orders may not be shipped as quickly as normal but they should still arrive on or before the expected delivery date. Item 511-605 comes with a EZ Return Label. The NuVision tablets do not come with one but please remember, even if the item doesn’t come with a prepaid label, you are not responsible for the return shipping cost if the item is damaged or defective. We would mail you a label to return the item. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
