This is Ridiculous
I called hsn two times, To deal with the situation I’m having and didn’t even get any kind of help whatsoever on the problem.All I wanted to do was to exchange one ring from a size 9 to a size 8, Both times the representative have no clue how to do this so I’m stuck with sending this ring back and now not even getting a replacement for someone to have no idea what I was talking about and the second call Just hung up on me I mean how hard is it to exchange a ring.i even told them I ship this ring back to them on Monday..oh my gosh this is crazy I just went and grab my paper work and there no ups tracking paid return label, just a slip to where I paid to return this. How to I get a ups return label to send this back???
