I literally just placed an order less than 1 hour ago using flex pay…they deducted $62 from my account and then cancelled my order and said I do not qualify. Fine, if i dont qualify then give me money back NOW!!! How tf you debit my bank account and then tell me my order was cancelled??!!! I am too reporting these thieves and making it known on Facebook where I saw your dumb ad and let em no…do not be fooled, buyer beware!!! This is not the last you are hearing from me. Im contacting all the appropriate agencies so you guys wont over another person!!!!!!

I really am sorry to hear that your order was canceled, @tasha3181. I’ve sent an electronic request to your financial institution to request the funds be released. The time frame as to when the funds will become available is dependent upon your financial institution’s release of funds policy.
