Thanks for triple charging me for a purchase
Ordered a neclace on the 30 of june. Just checked my statement and I was charged three times for one neclace gee thanks HSN! You have just lost another customer and I have been a customer since 1994. SO LONG HSN!!!!
I have always found customer service more than willing to look into and correct any billing issues that arise. Have those of you having issues checked with hsn customer service ?
Sorry Kim seems many people have had this problem. Unfortunately work 12 hour shifts and cant call bank from work, so when I am supposed to take care of this. Will never order from HSN again. I trusted you and your credit card and this is what you do. NO THANK YOU. Canceling card as soon as I pay this statement and will not reccoment HSN to anyone again, in fact will strongly discourage them from trusting you!
