Thank you hsn if i wouldve never called my family would be without christmas
Long story short first and last time trying to order from hsn.
Found what i wanted ordered had an issue with my mailing and billing address.
The customer service person i had talked to said payment went thru no issue , wrong.
Tried to use same card two days later for gas. Card gets denied (that’s odd i thought just put $500+ in the account )
Called my bank and they informed me hsn had 21 holds on my account and until it was fixed my account would be negative $250 .
Thats odd my transaction was a little over $130 and had ordered 3 items.
So i called and got it all fixed by customer service. They stated everything i ordered was ok and i would be fine .
Soo i get a lil Flustered when the 7th day came and no confirmation email, no tracking number.
So i call back to customer service to be informed my card never went thru.
Basically long story short , after all this headache and TIME WASTED, i will never purchase another thing thru hsn and i will continue to tell everyone i know about my experience.
The pet peeve thread reminded me of how much I love shoes, so I have to confess here that ‘shoes’ are the only things I do hoard. Clothes, accessories etc I can give away/donate without a care. But when it comes to shoes/boots I can’t part with them, I’m a shoe hoarder:smileylol:
