TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
08/19/17 around 12:40pm I talked to Aaron, Customer Service Supervisor, /he said/
I told him about my terrible experience about item# 534-919,Apple cider hair rinse.
Used this product 3 times, my hair got VERY DRY, VERY DULL, also MY HAIR COLOR CHANGED, GOT LIGHTER.
THIS PRODUCT DAMAGED MY HAIR.
Aaron’s response: I’m sorry this didn’t work out for you, please send it back.
$7.95 return fee will be charged.
HSN should pay me for getting my hair “reconditioned” by a hair salon, that will cost me $35.
Very terrible business technique.
Well, after many, many years with HSN, and spending $1000’s I think it’s time for me to shop at my local stores.
Also have all my referrals, coworkers, friends, neighbor’s,
STOP SHOPPING AT HSN.
I got them into this, so I’ll get them out of this.
Thanks for your response, I understand that most of us Ladies had used hair product.
But this one really, really damaged my hair. OMG!! my hair was very soft with a little shine. Now it’s very matte, dull, terrible. I’m just very upset, as I really love my hair.

I packaged it already to ship it out.
Hello @lady81, I think it’s safe to say that most all of us have used a beauty or hair product over the years that wasn’t suited for us. I’m sorry to hear this one left your hair feeling dry and damaged. Please keep in mind that HSN only covers the cost of return shipping if the product arrives to you damaged or defective. However, as a 1 time courtesy I’m going to waive the return shipping fee on this order for you. Please keep in mind this is not something we will be able to do on future orders.
