Tan Towels: SCAM !!
I have been an HSN customer for many, many years but lately I find myself writing to customer service more frequently with problems. I am literally done right now.
I recently ordered the Tan Towels, not one, but two orders. I watched the demonstration which showed the towellette completly dripping with product. WHAT A SCAM !! I received my order and the following day did everything according to the directions. When I opened the first packett, the towelette was just DAMP. I applied the product but needed another two packettes to finish up. Each packett was DAMP. There was no dripping of product as shown on the demonstration. I waited four hours and nothing…no color. The next day, I tried again. Again, the towelette was DAMP. Again, no color.
Needless to say, I will be returning the rest of the order. But I refuse to pay for the shipping charges for something I purchased which did not perform as promised in the demonstration. This is false advertising. I want HSN to send me a prepaid label or email me a prepaid label. I do not want any credit to my account. I want a check from HSN as I will never, ever purchase anything again. I will also be cancelling my HSN charge card. HSN will never again get any of my hard earned money in their pockets.
, I’m sorry to hear this item isn’t working for you. You should have labels included with your shipments to return if they are defective. I have marked them so you will not be charged to use them. If you’re unable to locate them, please let me know and I’ll email you another. I’m sorry but the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Not even a thank-you for pointing out the product-name misspelling. I had you correct your airing date a while back for a show with no response either. Not even a thank-you. Much appreciated, HSN.
