STOP USING UPS Ship with Fed Ex
This is not the first time I have complained about this to you. I have had packages left on my back porch in the rain not knowing they were delivered until a few days later. The last couple of times I had a sticker left on my door saying I had to pick up my package at a location. Even though I was home. My doorbell was never rang. The other day I saw the UPS truck outside I went downstairs to see what was going on the driver was coming out of my backyard with a hand truck I said what are you doing he said I was leaving the package is in the backyard they were two huge boxes. I said you didn’t ring the bell he said I just assume nobody was home. This is been going on for some time yesterday there was a package supposed to be delivered track the package again today said we had to pick it up at a location. Then we were told it was going to be redelivered to our home today. Then we got an alert stating we had to pick it up at the location again. So I checked on your website and it shows the package has been delivered. Something needs to be done. Because the more this happens the less people are actually going to shop with you I’ve been with HSN for many many years. I am totally disgusted.
There is no excuse for that kind of horrific lack of appropriate delivery of packages and carrier behavior.
All I can say is WOW……WOW…….WOW!!!!!!
These shippers and drivers need to be banned from handling any deliveries for anyone.

Again worth repeating…..He said “I just assume nobody was home”…… Never a** -u-me anything, because when you a** -u-me you make an a** out of u and me.
I truly understand your frustration regarding the delivery of your packages @tlee531. I appreciate you sharing your experiences with how your packages are delivered with me. I will certainly pass along your feedback. Have you also contacted UPS regarding your concern as well?
