Still to date I never received HSN's Refund to my Bank for $23.63
Hi HSN Customer Service:
I purchased and paid HSN on 10/14/2018 $23.63 for item # 614-190 and have not yet to date received the full debit card checking account bank refund of $23.63 for defective pillow returned to HSN Piney flats TN on 10/24/2018, and R.Mannes at Dock signed for it on 10/24/2019.
item # 614-190 Just Right Deluxe Adjustable Sectional Pillow in Taupe color.
HSN C.S. please reply on HSN Customer Service Community BB and kindly advise asap.
My Bank Mgr said HSN did not alert notify them to credit $23.63 back to my Bank debit card account where the HSN item was originally charged and had HSN notified my Bank, then my bank would have already credited me my overdue refund credit of $23.63.
Also HSN C.S. please if need be please notify my Bank again to credit me for this HSN damaged return product back to HSN as that refund credit is long overdue at my Bank checking debit card account.
I await your final resolution reply advisement and thank you in advance:).
