Inventory should be taken to know exactly what is available and in stock to readily ship to HSN Members, so there are no in packaging long waits for items to ship, no excuses, no surprise refunds, and no unexpected cancellations due to inventory shortages because inventory shortages only mean Company Disorganization, and HSN all of this is really bad for business.
HSN by earning an undesireable company reputation you must be aware that just forces HSN Members to buy with your competitors. Purchasing from a Company more reputable that HSN, who knows exactly how much they have readily available in stock of an item, before they offer it for public sale.
Please HSN get your act together, because this is just not acceptable and only degrades your public image, reliability factor, professionalism, and overall company reputation, as well as jeopardizing all investment opportunities from those who would have invested in your company, had you had a more polished corporate image with none of the undesirable qualities you so frequently exhibit which is not advantageous to neither your HSN Members or your Corporate Image.
HSN once you lose all those desirable attributes, you are no longer desirable as a company a “Smart Consumer would do business with or invest in”.
This sort of thing is not unusual for HSN but extremely bad business practice. This company needs to pull it together!
Hi , I found your order and am very sorry to tell you that it was cancelled due to inventory shortage. Your method of payment was refunded on 1/27/17.

That’s true , sometimes as they say… just fuels the fire! I know people have a right to share their thoughts and opinions just like those of us that like to keep it positive, but sometimes it does get a bit petty. I mean I’m all for informing each other about certain products and how they worked or didn’t work, this is how many of us decide whether or not to give some products a try. Obviously we can’t all just point out the positive in something if that product was sub-par or didn’t perform as stated. It’s when people start bashing the product(s) and vendors in order to persuade others to not try it or dislike it. What didn’t work for me, does not necessarily mean it won’t work for others and vice versa.
I personally like to share my experience with a certain brand/product and just leave the decision up to the consumer based on what I shared. I will never tell someone, ” Don’t buy it or don’t try it!” We need to be aware that just because something was flawed, defective, or affected us in a certain way does not mean it will be the same for everyone. Sometimes words can be powerful, but it’s the delivery of the message that makes a lasting impression. My point is, don’t embellish or villify a product or vendor based on a negative experience. Just share an honest experience and let people make up their own minds about it! :womanhappy:
