Still need help with order
I posted here a couple of days ago but received no response. That is unusual. CS is usually right on top of things. Here is my question again. On 9/8, I ordered two fruit fly traps. The package was mailed supposedly has a tracking number but it does not work. It looks like the package is lost. My post master says a trace must be initiated by the entity mailing the package so I cannot get any info from this end. I do not know if the package originated somewhere affected by the Hurricanes. Therefore, I do not know if there is just a delay or if it is lost. Can someone offer advice please? Should I panic or wait a little longer. If so, how much longer? Thank you for any help you can offer. The order number is xxxxxxxxxx.

@charliek, sorry to hear we missed your question! I’ve just checked on the order for you and the tracking is showing that it’s out for delivery today with the US Post Office. Let me know if it doesn’t arrive!
