SSC autoship help
I ordered two of my autoship items recently. The autoship sent an email stating it was ordered and then a day later cancelled my autoship and would not be sending the shipments. I know SSC is leaving but they are not yet gone. Can you hep get me these final shipments? In the future (I see many vendors are leaving!) it would be a fair practice to give autoship customers a last chance warning of when autoship will be discontinued.
Not to be a broken record but the items must have been available, this is part of the confirmation e-mail I received, so I expect HSN to make this right:
Your order is confirmed and should be arriving shortly.
My point was that it WAS available when I ordered it. I really feel that HSN should do something to make this right.
Sadly it looks like the AutoShip was cancelled due to the program no longer being available. I truly apologize for the disappointment.
