Sporto Suede Loafer Delivery…
On October 20, I ordered a pair of Sporto Loafers with fringe detail. My order status listing says the delivery will be 12/4. I placed this item on Flex pay and one payment was already taken. According to the order status listing, I cannot cancel this order. I am not happy with this siuation. First, the delivery estimate is too long. Second I can’t cancel this order which I want to do. Third, HSN has taken 1 flex pay. This really isn’t good business. I want to cancel this order. And if this is the way Sporto and HSN want to conduct their business, then I suggest a rethinking of this policy. As for me, I remain unhappy with the entire situation.
, I’ve checked on your order for you and it seems that when the order was placed on October 20, it was placed on a waitlist which is why you see such an extended delivery date. Since then, the order came into stock yesterday and was sent to our warehouse for shipping which is why it’s not able to be cancelled any longer. The item is set to ship out later this evening/early morning and should be to you within the next 3-7 business days. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we’ll be sure to send you an email with your tracking information.
