I had $40 of Spendable Ka$h. I placed an order on 9/3/2018. I ordered 5 items. On the order screen, it showed the $40 being taken off with no problem. On the confirmation screen, it stated there was an error. It took away one of my items, so instead of purchasing 5 items, I only purchased 4. Also, instead of using my $40 like it showed on the order screen, the confirmation screen showed that only $10.05 was used. Even with the final order having only 4 items, the total was still well over $40, so I don’t know why only $10.05 was used. I checked to see if the remainder went back into my Spendable Ka$h balance, but it is 0. If possible I would like a credit of $29.95 of Spendable Ka$h. Thank you.
