I was awarded $249 Spendable Cash which I really appreciate. I bought 2 items. I returned 1 item cause it was hard to use. I called more than 2 times inquiring the credit. They told me that it will be credited back to my Spendable Cash. The email they sent me says the same & so is HSN website concerning Spendable Cash. Now they told me that it’s a misunderstanding. How can HSN email, staff, & website policy be a misunderstanding. When it’s states that it will be credited? I’m confuse. If I had read anywhere in the website or the return form that it won’t be credited I wouldn’t have returned the item. I would just give it to family member. Can anybody shed some lights on this. Thanks.
I just got a hsn and i dont know how to get spendable cash
This is not right. If amazingchanges won the Spendable Kash as a jigsaw puzzle winner (Congratulations, by the way), then that Kash should be treated as "cash." If amazingchanges were to win more than $600 in a year, you would have her fill out a W9 form and she would have to pay income tax on it. If it’s income and taxable, then it should be treated like real money and be refunded if the purchase is returned under the 30 day policy.
I am terribly sorry for the confusion regarding your return. Promotional Ka$h does not credit back to your account when an item is returned. I know how disappointing this is and wish I could have provided you with better news.
